Why Join Me
My Journey
Let start off with how I come into the real estate industry.
I graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building Services and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore. I began my career in property management in the private sector, before moving into a real estate consultancy firm during the 2007–2008 en bloc fever. I then transitioned to business development for a listed luxury real estate developer in Singapore. However, my career was abruptly interrupted in 2009 when I was retrenched due to the collapse of Lehman Brothers and the US subprime crisis.
Left without a job, I jumped straight into real estate sales, unsure of what lay ahead. The first few years were extremely challenging. As a new property agent with no connections or guidance, I did everything from telesales and roadshows to distributing flyers door-to-door and knocking on doors in the evenings. It was tough — I almost gave up.
What kept me going was my passion for real estate and a strong survival instinct. I started with small deals, gradually building my business from the ground up — from room rentals and whole-flat rentals to HDB sales and beyond. With each challenge, I grew stronger and more experienced.
Today, I have nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, including 17 years as a property agent. I’ve received numerous awards from both my previous company and PropNex, and I’m grateful to the many clients who have supported me along the way — many of whom started as cold leads and continue to refer others to me.
My expertise lies in marketing residential properties. I’m well-versed across HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties, and I have successfully completed over 550 property transactions to date.
On a personal note, I’m a proud husband and father of two wonderful daughters. I cherish time with my family, friends, and aging parents. In my free time, I enjoy exercising, reading, watching YouTube, and upgrading my skills through SkillsFuture courses — in fact, I was once a SkillsFuture ambassador and featured in one of their videos!

17 Years Experiences

I’m currently growing my team, which means I have the time and capacity to mentor you properly. This is crucial, as many managers are stretched thin and may not have the time or commitment to support their team members effectively.

I’m still actively involved in sales myself. This matters because a manager who continues to sell stays relevant, understands current market conditions, and can offer practical, up-to-date guidance — not just theory.
Division Support
I am directly under my immediate manager is Veroy Chua, who leads the Veroy Chua Division. Our division operates under the Matt Lam Division, which in turn falls under the Marcus Luah Advisory Group — currently the largest group within PropNex. Here, you will have various team support from training, events to activities to kick start your real estate career. There will never be a dull moment. Unless you never show up.

PropNex itself! When I left up former company and decide to join another agency. I only have one company in mine. To join the biggest agency in Singapore. I don’t want to risk my career to join an agency that is still in its infant stage. I want to ride the momentum that the company has already established. I want to leverage on the tools and branding to improve my own sales.
